ECU College of Art & Design runs an incredible study abroad in Italy. Join us for a unique international education experience in Tuscany, birthplace of the Renaissance and one of the most culturally rich areas of the world. Currently, we offer a semester long program that allows students to live and study in the medieval village of Certaldo, combining in-depth study with international travel in the heart of Tuscany. Students taking classes in the shorter summer sessions travel during a 3 week program, staying not only in Certaldo, but also Rome, Florence, Venice and Cinque Terre. Both programs offer graduate or undergraduate credits. For more details, visit the Italy Intensives web site.
France & England
Join us as we explore Paris, France where we will visit sites sure to transport our group back to 16th Century and 17th Century France such as Versailles, Le Comedie-Française and several royal palaces in and around Paris including the Louvre, of course.
Then, off to London to
catch closing night of Moliere’s The Miser in the West End and attend at least one other West
End show, tour the Royal Haymarket Theatre, and partake in the many of the ongoing
tours, masterclasses, and lectures available throughout the city.
