College of Education online programs ranked high by U.S. News and World Report

Online graduate programs in business, criminal justice, education and nursing at East Carolina University have been ranked among the best in the nation by U.S. News and World Report. The magazine announced its 2018 Best Online Programs on Jan. 9. Owens named recipient of Council for Exceptional Children Award

Dr. Tosha Owens, East Carolina University assistant professor of special education, was selected as the recipient of the 2018 Council for Exceptional Children, Division for Research, Student Research Award in the area of Single-Subject Design.
